For those of you who might be new, Style Sunday is a when I can get to it weekly blog feature that involves all things style outside of what I call my “job”. Some of it’s fashion, other times it is a DIY project – anything style and life you will find it here.

Today’s edition? The leather jacket. An iconic piece of American fashion for sure and one that I am kind of really loving right now. When I see it I can’t help but think of the automatic “cool factor”. As if I would suddenly possess super human power while donning one and kick some major tail even in stilettos. Very James-Dean-Rebel-Without-A-Cause-type coolness, you know? Even though we are experiencing triple digit weather here on the surface of the sun in the Arizona desert, and will be for awhile longer, it hasn’t stopped me from looking ahead to the cooler months and the wardrobe additions that will be needed. A leather jacket is for sure on my list for this year and here are a few looks I’m loving right now…
