Nothing beats a good simmer pot recipe. I think it is the most simple way to uplevel the ambiance of your home and make things cozy and inviting. And of course, make everything smell ridiculously good! This recipe is the Williams Sonoma Signature and it is so incredibly simple. I have loved it in my home and knew I had to make sure and share it with you!

I also love that it has fresh ingredients – no one has time for synthetic fragrance, you know?
Simmer Pot Recipe Ingredients:
- fresh lemons
- fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- black peppercorns (the original recipe from Williams Sonoma calls for them, but I don’t add them myself)

Instructions:
- Fill your Dutch oven or pot with water and add your sliced lemons, sprigs of rosemary, and vanilla
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low
- Simmer for up to two hours
This one packs the most beautiful punch to elevating your home and making your space warm and inviting. Do you like simmering pots in your home? If so, what is your favorite combination of ingredients?
