If you have been a reader here for a bit you know how much value I place on easy and reliable dinners that my family enjoys. I mean, I’m a working mother of five so you can’t blame me, right? While I love to try out more complicated things in the kitchen sometimes, I respect those recipes that just simply get the job done and get the job done well on busy weeknights. One of those recipes we love? Slow Cooker Hawaiian Meatballs. Can I get an amen? Absolutely delicious, quick and did I mention they are delicious? Keep scrolling to catch this easy dinner recipe!
Start with a package of frozen meatballs and toss them into your crock pot. Then you will want to add your favorite BBQ sauce (I give the meatballs and sauce a good stir before moving on to the next step) along with a can of pineapple slices along with the juice.
Then simply place your crock pot on high for 2-3 hours. I’m not kidding, that’s it. Once they are ready, I chop up the pineapple slices and add back in with the meatballs and then I serve it all with rice and top it with fresh chopped green onion and sesame seeds. No worries, you can thank me later. Wink!
